the heaviness
the heaviness is so familiar
it hangs in the air and seeps
into our veins
an air born disease
its starts so slow
yet we both know
where it takes hold
and
how we forget to
watch its
insidious infestation.
It wouldn't move
through our veins
if it weren't for our love
That damn thing
which has captivated us
in its terminal character
I love to die by this
disease
its lesson is in
the dulling
whereby we may forget
it makes me
feel you

Boston feels more like a candy shop right now. I am moving down there permanently today (I came back to Portland for a few days).
